Ingredients:
1 large can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 package Brown Gravy Mix
1/4 c Red Wine
Flour for coating
Pheasant
Preparation:
Make Brown Gravy according to package instructions.
Coat Pheasant with Flour and Brown Gravy.
Add Wine, set aside.
Layer in a 9×13 pan.
1/2 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Pheasant
Remaining Cream of Mushroom Soup
Brown Gravy and
Wine Mixture
Cover with Foil
Bake 2-3 hours at 350 degrees
